Built in the 1930’s as a high school, this building underwent a massive, full-building interior and structural remodel to become Del Norte County’s Flynn Center. The project included a complete interior demolition and reconstruction to modernize county department workspaces, improve public service areas, and create the Board of Supervisors and City Council Chambers. Additional improvements included the installation of new windows and accessibility upgrades to ensure ADA compliance.
