Exterior refurbishment of the Merced County Courthouse Museum, built in 1875. This project required substantial exterior remodeling. Listed on the National Park Service’s National Register of Historic Places, the United States Secretary of the Interior’s standard for rehabilitation dictated the procedures and methods of work, which included cleaning, restoration, repair, refinishing, and painting of all exterior features.
