Phase 3 of a multi-phase development serving people experiencing homelessness by providing shelter and supportive services. This phase, Walter’s House, is a facility offering residential and outpatient treatment programs for substance use disorder. Our firm is the architect of record for Phase 1, the intermittent shelter, and Phase 3, Walter’s House.

The East Beamer Permanent Supportive Housing Project was awarded the 2024 Local Vision Award by the Sacramento Valley Section of the American Planning Association, California Chapter.
