This residence is an AIA Honor Award-winning remodel and addition. The original structure, built in the 1880’s, is a notable example of Victorian Italianate architecture.
Our firm was commissioned to restore the residence to its former character while expanding it by 3,000 square feet. The project also included restoration of the original outbuildings. The design team successfully preserved the home’s historic character while accommodating the owner’s contemporary programmatic needs.
