PROJECT MANAGER (8-10 Years Experience)
About the Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to work in our Woodland office. The position is in-person, full-time, with a competitive salary, 80 hours PTO annually, 401k plan, annual performance bonuses, and paid holidays. Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of development and execution of projects, including site surveys, entitlements, zoning and code research, due diligence reports, design, and production through all phases (SD, DD, CD, and CA).
- Coordinate with clients, outside consultants, AHJ, product manufacturers, agencies & in-house staff as necessary for successful project completion.
- Monitor & maintain project schedules & consistently meet deadlines.
- Respond to RFI’s & review submittals during construction administration.
- Select & specify colors, materials & finishes
- Monitor project scope & take appropriate action when additional services are required.
- Maintain complete & accurate project files.
- Adhere to client prototype standards when applicable.
- Provide project status updates at regular staff meetings.
About You
The ideal candidate has excellent project management and technical skills, is detail-oriented, is comfortable working independently on a variety of projects simultaneously and who thrives working in a friendly collaborative environment. A bachelor’s degree in architecture or closely related field is preferred. Minimum eight to ten years experience in commercial and residential design. Portfolio of work that demonstrates excellence in design & project management skills. Licensed Architect or current ARE candidate preferred.
Minimum Skills & Requirements
- Ability to prioritize workload & keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.
- Must be proficient in Revit & AutoCAD with excellent modeling & documentation skills. Experience with Rendering in Revit and knowledge of Photoshop is helpful.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.), Bluebeam, and Photoshop.
- Accredited Architectural Degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years working as a Project Manager.
- Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as an integral part of a team.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with a variety of standard building materials and related construction techniques.
- Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Must be customer service oriented with a professional, team-player disposition.
